- Me Célestin Mutabazi is a co–founding Partner at Attorneys House with immense experience in Banking, finance and commercial related transactions. He is a researcher and author of different articles on legal issues challenging the business environment in Rwanda Law Journal and online portals. He is a transaction and arbitration lawyer and Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration, UK.
- A Masters' Degree (LL.M) in Business Law from the University of Rwanda (ongoing);
- o A Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, from the Institute for Legal Practice and Development (ILPD).
- o A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B/Hons) with Distinction, from University of Rwanda;
- o A certified FIDIC contracts lawyer since 2017.
- Before joining Attorneys House, he the Corporate Counsel (Legal Manager) at Access Bank Rwanda Plc, whereby he was entrusted with handling legal matters triggering Corporate Counsel’s attention. He was also Ag. Corporate/Company Secretary in charge of company secretarial activities and management of the internal legal department team at the Bank.
- His areas of interest include Company and Banking Law, Contract and Labour Law, Competition and Consumer Law as well Construction and Mining matters.
- He is a native speaker of Kinyarwanda, has an excellent command of English, French and Kiswahili.command of Kiswahili.
