- Mr. Jean Claude KIRENGA has a rich working experience as an in-house lawyer where he has, prior to joining the Attorneys House, worked as Legal Officer at 250 STARTUPS RWANDA and of which during his tenure, had duties among which included drafting contracts, conducting all those activities in relation to company establishments and registration in Rwanda, providing legal opinion, reviewing and preparing company and intellectual property legal documents and handling all other office related issues.
- A Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) in International Criminal Justice and Law of Human Rights from the University of Rwanda (ongoing);
- - Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from University of Rwanda with Distinction;
- - - Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (DLP) from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD) in Rwanda (Ongoing).
- At Attorneys House, his duties include legal drafting, evidence collection and preparation of court submissions, drafting of legal opinions, articles of association, legal compliance assessment, legal due diligence and regulatory universe in all matters affecting the clients’ businesses. Kirenga is a native speaker of Kinyarwanda and has an excellent command of English and French.
