- Me Jean Baptiste is the Managing and co-founding Partner of Attorneys House. He holds:
- A Masters' Degree (LL.M) in Business Law from the University of Rwanda (ongoing);
- A Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, from the Institute for Legal Practice and Development (I.L.P.D);
- A Bachelor’s Degree (LL.B/Hons) with Distinction, from the University of Rwanda.
- Before co-founding Attorneys House, he was a Partner at one of the leading law firms in Kigali for 5 years. He is an experienced litigation lawyer and has been in the practice of legal advisory and representation to numerous clients before courts of law, arbitration, administrative and other decision-making authorities in Rwanda and abroad. At Attorneys House, among other Managerial activities of the Law Firm, he manages most of the litigation works but also engage in conducting research and advise on complex issues including but not limited to registration of foreign companies, assisting investors, legal advisory services on complex transactions, financial and tax matters, procurement and trade. He is a practicing member of Rwanda Bar Association and East Africa Law Society. He is equally a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK.
